i receive alot of mail from this co. they deal in sub prime loans. has anyone had any business dealings with them and have they turned out good or bad. any input would be appreciated. im concerned because of the decline in real estate values at present especially sub prime loans.

I have heard of them before. "Sub prime lenders are sub prime lenders."

There has been an overall decline in RE values over the last year in that area.
