I was molested and raped by my father and his friends which started when I was a baby - I have learned to take one small step at a time and one big breath at a time
I have found a little peace
Through being in and out of therapy

i just got done writing a lil something about this in my blog. People who have been violated in some sorts always seem to come into my life. Ive found that its really hindered thier ability to have healthy relationships. Some have turned to self abuse in some form. I think it breaks thier spirit in such away that they sometimes dont ever recover. But with time, love, intensive therapy i believe they learn to love thier self and live a healthy life. its very sad.

I was molested by my uncle and I told someone about it and nobody help put me in therapy for it and he told me that if I told anytime that he would kill me and I look over my shoulder everywhere I go

i know my main youth leader in my church that went through that, and no one went through life like he did, he was considered the last person on this earth to actually even go to church, but once he reached god step by step, he recovered and that person that did that was someone close to him like a family member. for every two weeks, he forgave that person no matter how hard it seemed, and even gave him hugs. for him to forgive after all he went through was soooooo very courgeous and loving. i think id find it hard to forgive so thats why i think that when it comes to god, everything is possble...

hmnn no doubt they will ahve issues... but i guess if things start going their way they can overcome.
I guess having a good religious belief set could help someone with that.
