Because I have never seen a porn where the girl gets an orgasm, just the guy, and if they weren't making some noise, you would probably know that they don't even want to be there, and not being stimulated. I was watching one once that the guys kept spitting! on the girls privates, assuming to keep her wet enough. Apparently the guy wasn't doing it for her enough in other ways. Yet, she moaned and screamed as appropriate to make it look like she was into it.
