I don't quite understand what you mean about the boobs thing...but chicks pride themselves on smooth skin, having long, dark leg hair isn't so smooth. Shaving or waxing creats a sliky look and feel and helps the woman feel sexier and the man crave the skin contact

We like to have smooth skin because it looks better. Also, woman have bigger breasts because we get more fat deposits there. We also need to have milk for babies.

it's what western culture does... just esthetical... ....... we all get hair in armpits to avoid chafing from skin-to-skin contact... the same in the pubic area.... why boobs? to feed babies... boobs are made of fat... our hormones make the grow in puberty when we become women.
