As a moderate I find you both amusing, but with this severe hatred I see on here I feel like you would kill one another if you could. I hope I am wrong and it's just countrymen (and women) disagreeing? I love debate, but fear the hate.

No, I would be more concerned when all of the rhetoric stops and everyone is silent.

As a conservative, i can tell you this. Most of the hate unfortunately comes from the religious right and the neo-conservatives. The liberals are more of a love everyone group. The wannabe conservative are the ones trying to keep every else down. This saddens me deeply, being a life long conservative, but it is the truth today.

Hey anti-lib,

I can tell your dumb@ss post that you would NEVER have the guts to shoot at the government. Idiots like you should be SHOT for PRETENDING to be real conservatives. The very fact your screen name is what it is belies that fact you are a MORON!!!!!

Well, Conservatives wouldn't start a war because they find Liberals amusing and could never take them seriously. Liberals wouldn't start a war because they are not about confrontation, it's all talk and no play for the Libs. So this would actually never happen.

I believe it may come to that. We will be attacked by terrorists against and either everyone will band together or the liberals will say it is all bush's fault and that the CIA secretly planned it. At that point yah I think im down for a civil war, I won't let my country burn because some group thinks everything bad that happens including terrorist attacks are all secretly planned by bush.

The red states are the same states and territories that supported slavery and the Confederacy back in the Civil War, so you never know!

I doubt it would happen, but I know one thing: liberals would be in big trouble since most have an anti-gun stance. I think conservatives would be laughing with their NRA buddies when the war was over!

That will never happen because the libs always want to talk, they don't have the stomach for war. The Conservatives would wipe the floor with them.

Consider the source for those statements; young, uneducated or undereducated who really don't even know what "conservative" or "liberal" means...it is just something they have seen on TV or heard their parents talk about.

These same people throw a lot of words around they know nothing about; Hitler, Nazi, Zion, KKK, Right-wing, Left-wing. etc.

Just ignore them - they are clueless.

No

Besides... if they did, the conservatives would win.

Liberals are anti-gun and anti-military.

So the conservatives would have the military training and the weapons. Liberals would just be trying to hide behind thier pot plants.

Yes. I will be the first to say when they come knocking on my door to take my firearms, I will start shooting, and I know a lot more people that will as well. If you think about it the liberals are already at war with babies, they are winning too. I don't think the babies have killed one doctor yet.

Civil war???? Are you talking about the war of northern aggression? I don't hate, but nothing wrong with knocking off a few demo's every now and then
