this one girl who i've hated since the sixth grade wants to be my friend now and i think its really rather funny but what should i do?

Be her associate at first maybe with time you can grow to trust her. You have to learn to live and let go.

Just don't be her friend. Don't pretend to like someone that you don't.
If she keeps bugging you simply take her aside from other people and explain nicely that you don't want to be her friend and give good reasons. Try not to insult. Or simply say I've known you since the 6th grade and we weren't friends then so I'd rather we not become friends now.

i think you shouldn't forget why you don't like her , after all its for a reason . Yet at the same time we all need a second chance in life. Give her a chance to prove you wrong. What ever she did in the past . Forgive her but also remember .People earn our trust so she wants to be friends take it slow let her earn your friendship.

Why do you hate her?? Think about that and see if you can't just let it go. I've done it before she hated me for no reason so naturally I did the same. But I let it go. We're not much of friends but we don't try to kill eachother. Whatever the reason just try to let it go cuz she already has. Forgive and forget.

You don't have to be her friend, but you can be nice to her. Hating people is such a stupid thing to do...seriously. Get over why you hate her, and just be nice to her and talk to her. She might be a really good person now.

Tell her to f*ck off! LOL Just kidding.... I guess try to be friends with her, but don't get too close to her and start telling her everything about yourself. Did she hate you as well? If she didn't maybe you were hating her all this time for no reason.

One can never have too many friends. You never know when this particular girl's friendship could be very valuable to you.

I have the same problem. I am civil to her, but continuiosly turn her down when she wants to hang out with me. I feel that maybe someday she will get the message.

don't be friends with here, if you hate her. But if you think she could be a cool person, try being friends with her. You never know she could end up being your best friend .

Maybe she always hated you because she wanted to be your friend. you should give her a chance but be cautious it all might just be a trick
