im sorry, I dont understand your question. its very unspecific. Europe has MANY countries, not all of which are allies with each other, not all of which are in the European Union. as for allies with other countries? Theoretically, politically, most of them: through the UN. But then again... military allies? try NATO. anything else? MANY Cultural allies? look for "francophonie" and the Commonwealth for France and Great-Britain. what about economic allies? well... who ARENT Europe's allies economically? what about scholastically? im in Canada and doing an exchange in France, thats an educational/cultural link, for example. then again, theres the whole "Global Village" thing with globalisation.

Europe is not an alliance, it is a continent. Specify your question. You probably mean the European Union?
