I'm just 14 and I can't really buy something that costs a lot and i dont think my parents do to i want a maximum of 1900$(lolwer than 2000$)and I always wanted to have the game Black and white 2!!!!

You should be able to play this game with any new portable you buy (i dont like to call them laptops because they dont really belong on your lap because of the heat and restricting airflow from the computer) anyway i recommend a macbook made by apple....they are great for not just playing games and you dont have to worry bout viruses.....only problem is that black and white 2 is not out yet for the mac platform but it is currently in development.....another option is to get a mac and use bootcamp which actually lets you run windows on a mac but you will need windows xp sp2 to use bootcamp....hope this helps

Try Alienware. Badass computers. Good gaming laptops. You can get a good Alienware for about the same as a decent Dell or HP.
