look i have lots of friends, i'm what you call the girl everyone loves and followsm you know the populer one. And all my friends are like plastics. Why if i'm so nice and perfect??

Because you act like your so nice and perfect. No one's perfect and they probably think you act like your the queen-of-it-all sometimes and think it's annoying. Don't get me wrong you probably are nice but sometimes you might act like my sister and act like you know it all or it's all about you at times. Please don't take any of this the wrong way I know from the way I've heard people talk about my sister and how I know she can act. All I'm saying is that you guys might have a little of the same personality.

Only because they can. People feel that when they talk about other people behind their backs it makes them look good.

perhaps those people feel intimidated by you?
try being less 'prefect' and more 'human' and folks will speak well of you rather than against you
