first don't flip out on anyone. you need to tell a friend to help. our you could try talking to the compulsive adult liar. if either works i must be great because i deal with one too. i'm a girl so i have a secret journal that she dosn't know about. and i always talk to my guidence person at school about her. so if this helps, write me we can talk

Don't believe anything he or she says. Don't ask him or her any questions or favours. Don't put yourself in any situation where you must aks that person a question or a favour.
