Technically, based on an equal house chart with the Sun as the starting point I would say Neptunian things hold a big sway over Scorpio with Cancer being the most intriguing for them. The best bet for a triple or double Scorpio is to find someone with Mars-Venus conjunction in an earth sign and then have fun.

Leo..
but Scorpio needs to learn how to open up, and stop being so closed in. This will drive the Leo nuts! The Leo and Scorpio will have wild passion, but fire and fire can create to much passion and eventually tear them apart. Leo is giving and open. Both will have to work together to make it work. (I'm a Leo, and once had a summer fling with a Scorpio, he was mysterious and very sexual, but I could never understand him, or pick his brain and it drove me inside. I never knew how much he cared for me, or if he did at all, although he would give subtle indications.. it just wasn't enough)
