i want to make a virtual person without downloads so

Second Life
At least, you can make virtual people there, if you're logged in. I don't know what you mean about downloading. Secondlife (http://secondlife.com ) is a complete virtual community. Or you could go to a MMORPG. Or LucasFilm's Habitat (if that is still around: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Habitat_%28video_game%29 ), Millsberry ( http://www.millsberry.com/ ), or red light center ( http://www.redlightcenter.com/ )
