"If you told me I had to keep my shirt on, however, I would take it off. That's just human nature. You can't restrain it."

Er... people tell kids not to take their shirts off and they tend to listen. I don't really like taking my shirt off in public either, so I think your theory is flawed.

I like how all these women are proving the point- "Well, it's a sign of liberation after so much oppression so we want to do it."

...Then...you mean... you like exposing your body? I.e., you like it when you're closer to naked than not?

This is EXACTLY what the poster implied. It doesn't take a genius to figure this out, posters. To answer the question at the end, yes, this is apparently what freedom means for the "liberated."

EDIT: Aren't inhibitions a good thing, too? You know, like the inhibition that stops you from running in front of cars on the freeway? Please specify some of the inhibitions you speak of. Do you mean inhibitions that tell you not to hit boys because they say something you don't like, or something else?

it's nothing wrong with it. I think it's perfectly healthy. It takes us back to our roots we were perseved naked (adam & eve) and brought into this world naked (birth). So it's onyl natural for us to feel open about it. We can be naked because we have more to be proud of thus our bodies. We want to show it off what god has blessed us with. It's self-esteem.

there are particular places and prerequisites the place nudity is honestly appropriate, mutually with at a coastline, pool, sauna, etc. it incredibly is no longer a count of exhibitionism or women persons abusing their so-referred to as freedom, it incredibly is basically a count of a opt to rejoice with the liberty to be without outfits especially situations. And no, there's no longer something sexual in touch in this style of trouble-free nudity. And what concerning to the lads who prefer to get bare? Are they abusing their "freedom" additionally...or is it ok for them because of the fact they're male?

Mostly it's symbolic. Shedding clothing=shedding inhibitions and all that.

Historically women have also had to cover up a lot more than men have, so that's another element of symbolism.

Is this a legitimate question? If so: please, please, somebody take me to where all these naked women are, so I can ask them why they're so different from me -- I don't even like to shed the towel after leaving the shower.

If you told me I had to keep my shirt on, however, I would take it off. That's just human nature. You can't restrain it.

more power to them. my wife and i both take it all off at the nudist resort we frequent. it's a totally liberating feeling. naked, we are all equal, more relaxed, more sociable, and truly at peace.
nudity is #2 on the list of favorite activities. #1 happens in the bedroom (elsewhere too).

I live in Canada: land of 9 months of winter every year. Wonder why these 'women' about whom you speak are walking about in down-filled coats, mittens, scarves, hats, woolen socks, longjohns, undershirts and boots??? Hmmmm...so much for your premise then, EH?
