Guess i'm goin to hell according to ur pastor. I just dont get whats so wrong for deeply loving and caring about someone that is the same sex as yourself.. It just blows my mind. I love how ellen said it something like.. i love how when debates in congress and such get start about gay marriage the next thing after two women or two men getting married is a person marrying an animal.. cause that obviously means if homosexuals are able to marry then a person marrying an animal is in the same category.... ugh.. Such a crazy world it is..

i do no longer agree including your pastor on the two occasion. it fairly is unlucky that your pastor feels this style approximately homosexuality. i'm gay, and that i will inform you that i replaced into born this style. Homosexuality isn't something extra advantageous than a sexual orientation. basically as heterosexuals are at as quickly as, homosexuals are gay. Scientists are commencing off to coach that homosexuality is genetic. i do no longer understand ordinary procedures to argue with technology. As for intercourse, i've got faith that as long as you're in a committed and loving courting, it would possibly no longer make a distinction no count while you're married or no longer. Marriage is basically a criminal record that finalizes your love and committment for somebody. perhaps your pastor has misinterpreted the Bible's recommendations approximately homosexuality. The passages in the Bible that are supposedly against homosexuality, are in certainty against many diverse varieties of lustful acts. intercourse basically turns right into a sin whilst it fairly is done out of lust quite of affection. wish this facilitates.

No, I don't agree.

For those folks whose response included, "It's in the Bible, etc..." please explain which passage of the Bible it is...

What the majority of those folks are doing is just repeating what they've been told by either their Parents, their Pastor, etc...

The original Bible was not written in English. If you're reading a version, other than the original, how do you know that it was translated correctly? Not to mention the fact, that each different version was up to the interpretation/influences of the person writing it? It's rumored that King James had like 60+ scribes working on the translation. Ever play the Elephant game (a.k.a Rumors or Pass It On)? :o)

No, homosexuality isn't a sin. The last pastor to say is a sin ending up being gay and a drug addict.

The bible only mentions homosexuality five times
Leviticus, the book of the Bible which stipulates death for homosexuality, requires the same punishment for adultery, pre-marital sex, disobedient children and blasphemy. So if your kid cheeks you what do you as a christian do?
Frankly basing your morality on a book written for a bunch of late Iron age desert wanderers is at best silly at worst evil. I've noticed that Christians seem very selective about which bit of the word of God they choose to apply I've yet to meet any who sold all they have and given it to the poor.
I think your pastor would do well to keep his nose out of other peoples business!

If someone thinks that homosexuality is a sin it can only be from a religious point of view. The word sin can only be applied as a breaking of gods laws. It is not my personal preference but I say live and let live.

Well if you want to get sooo technical about it. I mean get off it already would you? What is wrong with hot gay sex whether it be with my shoe or my dog or on orgy of cats and dogs if that's what I want to do with my life. I mean come off it, who are you to breathe religion down my throat? If I want to destroy my life that is my business. Yeah I've heard it all before with that AIDS stuff and oral gonorrhea and other STDs but come on. GLBTs can take a hint that destruction in destruction. Let it be already would ya

I'm being sarcastic. Of course its a sin. Its fairly obvious.

there is nothing wrong with being a homosexual. one of my best friends is gay and he is the most amazing person i know. being gay changes your love life it doesnt change who you are. why should people be forced to conform to what other people want. what about what one person wants. if a man wants to love another man who has the right to tell him he can't. would that person tell that same man he couldn't love a certain woman because she couldn't have children. how can someone define love or the process of falling in love. you know when you love someone and it doesn't matter what race, religion, or background that person has. how is the love between a man and a woman different from the love between a woman and a woman or a man and a man. its not like they're asking you to join in, its their private life and therefore should be their choice.

NO! People do NOT choose to be gay or lesbian. Its a chemical imbalance in people's brains. Don't listen to everything your pastor says. Make up your own mind about it. Personaly I dont really care its not like there hurting anyone because they are gay....think of it that way, So what if they are going to "burn in hell" because your pastor says so....how is that going to affect you.....? Doesnt mean you have to be rude or mean, crule to people with that sexual orentation.

The end.
