NO! Just because they make you mad doesn't mean you can just burn their dinner. The right thing to do is give them food poisoning than lock the bathrooms doors in your house and throw away the keys. Than take your neighbors out for breakfast, brunch, and lunch so that this 'they' cannot use the neighbor's toilet. MWAHAHA
