should but I would stay away from vista I put vista on my toshiba satellite laptop, and took it off there are to many bug's that need to be worked out of it

Yes it will but some of your other programs may not. Most programs made by microsoft will work but only a handful of other programs made by other companys do work. Such as Roxio media creator 9 does not work in vista.

well, windows 98 office worked when i upgraded my computer to windows xp, so it might work for u.
