Yes, I hate that commercial, BUT...
It works! I've already bought 2. Just don't keep it in your glove box or car.It melts in the heat. BTW, my son was having some knee pain and it helped a little.

I used to because the repeating of the head on was annoying, but I think that it says something about a company that can make fun of itself! LOL They must be doing something right because I instantly knew what you were talking about.
