Yes - since there is nothing but good, old-fashioned air inside the ball, it will affect the way the ball bounces. As you know, cold air is denser than hot air - that is why hot-air balloons have a gas-fired heater on them to give the balloons lift. If you bounce a cold basketball HARD several times, it will quickly warm the air inside and "restore" the bounce.
but you could make them all with any kind of ball temp i bet

yes the cooler the air the lower it bounces n da hotter da air da high it bounces because wen hot air rises n cool air sinks

if its cold it won't bounce as much, and if its hot it will bounce higher!
