hey there,i dated this guy for about 2 months,we werent serious,now we had unprotected sex and i got pregnant,i told him about it and he was EXTREMELY happy,he told everyone about it,i dont feel the same though,i barely know him,why is he so happy?im starting to think that he never got anyone else pregnant before,see?hes 35,and he said he wants a kid really bad...u guys think that maybe is hard for him to get someone pregnant and thats why hes so happy about this?or hes happy to have a kid by me?im confused.

i mean im happy,i like him a lot too but i just feel weird...im havin a baby by someone i dont really know and he treats me sooooooo good..he even talks about marriage!!but i dont want him to do this cuz im pregnant.

you should be happy, most men leave the pregnant woman to go F*** another woman and get them pregnant. Your very lucky he cares so much.

You found a good man, The fact that he treats you well and is talking about marriage is a HUGE bonus. Alot of men don't feel that way and wouldn't care less what you did with the child. Don't let him get away. Be open to the relationship and happy that you have someone who wants to help you with the new life you have created together. A stable happy home will be much better for your new baby anyway. Don't pass this up just because it didn't fit the mold of a perfect relationship in it's beginning.

Well follow your heart, Dont marry him just because you are having a baby together. Make sure he is the one. Im sure if you are meant to be together you will eventually see that. You are just confused right now, and now the pregnancy hormones doesnt make it any better for you. Just do what your heart is telling you to do. Sit down and think to your self about everything. You dont want to get married and then deal with a divorce later. Good luck!!

You should be happy girl, most men ditch the baby mama. He's excited, and he's 35 so he's well over ready. If you werent that interested in him you shouldnt have done anything, knowing pregnancy is a possibility.

I think he just really wants to become a Dad. I don't see why it's so weird and such a shock. At 35 years old there is nothing strange about being happy to be a dad. Talk to him about it. It's kind of hard to be upset about a human life that you made anyways.

You should consider yourself very lucky that this man has stepped up and accepted responsibility after such a casual encounter. Most likely he is happy to have the child and maybe, because he is a stand up guy you and he will come to have a relationship.

I think you found a good man, many would of ran,he stuck around and he is happy about it too, he will probably be a good father. He may have thought he couldn't have children so it made him really happy.

Don't mean to judge but if he's good enough to have unprotected sex with why isn't he good enough to be the father of your child and if he's willing to let him.

he is 35.....just like women have a biological clock so does a guy...and the older you are the harder it is....so he is probably really happen bc he wants t a kid before its too late
