they aren't allowing downloading videos anymore, so where should i go now to put music videos on my ipod?

you can still download them, but only in flv format, until then you're going to need a format converter

Use http://www.youtubex.com and click the Tab at the top that says Google Video...then go to google and get the URL for the video and copy and paste it to the youtubex site and then get video...After it loads click download...but this is only going to download in an flv format so might need to get a Video Converter...flv to Mp4...
