Well you age just like everyone else and maybe even faster. I have seen some old looking February 29th people who have te nerve to tell me they are 10 instead of 40. LOL

Gilbert and Sullivan have a song about that in The Pirates of Penzance. They keep a guy in servitude for quite a long time, because although he has aged twenty years he's only had four birthdays. Or something like that.

Anyway, I'd probably just pick whichever day was more convenient.

the choice of course is up to the individual to decide if it be on the 28th of Feb. or the 1st of march. however, some people i have known go by the time of day. the closer to midnight the more they leaned toward march 1st etc.

It's called leap year , and you still age the same as everyone else .
