Sounds like the girls are trying to pull strings to see what they can get out of you and probably your ex too if they have contact with him. You need to talk to your ex to set ground rules with the children so they know that you are united with the care of the girls. Try to schedule a date with a school or family councilor with your kids and ex also so everyone shares and knows where everyone stands and expectations. Every family is different so I can't tell you how to deal with your daughters and your ex. You don't have a mental disorder but if you don't take care of your situations you may have a nervous breakdown. Prepare yourself to step your foot down and lay down the law if you have too.

I would definately try to help your girls out before taking on another realtionship. Talk to the counselor at school, they can usually help. Tell your daughters its NOT ok to keep asking for stuff, and if they are old enough, maybe they can get a part time job /

Kids will be kids. If they are having that many problems then take them to a counselor or doctor and get them checked out;

how old are they you need to put your foot down and tell them that you are no longer going to buy them anything unless its their birthday or christmas. who is the parent you need to firmly tell them that their behavior won't be tolerated start taking privleges away, don't let them walk over you look they chased your b/f away spoiled rotten kids and no they have no mental condition you probably have seeing how you are letting them get away with things
