Wow, this may be the dumbest question ever posted! No one puts a gun to your head and forces you to gamble. If you lose, you lose your money, thats it. No getting it back. If you dont want to lose money, dont gamble it!

Sorry the only person to complain to is yourself , If you cannot afford to lose any money then going to Vegas and gambling is a very poor decision on your part and there is nobody to blame but yourself .

Sadly that's a big NO. you lose money..you lost it..shouldn't have gambled it in the first place. Argument being..hey if they lose money to you and they argued for it back..you wouldn't give it back. Since you plan to gamble but not lose much..this is a trick I do..so I in the very least..never lose more than I can afford.
Say my limit over this weekend was $300..I put $300 in my right pocket to gamble. and whenever I gambled..whether it be Slots/table games etc..if i started with $20 on a table..if I lost it all..then I can only gamble the remaining I have left...$280..If i won like $20 bucks. I would pocket the $20 in my left pocket, and continue to gamble with $300..not $320..that being said..if I go up..I stay up rather than gamble my winnings..and if I lose..I never lose more than $300...and in fact..assuming you go up and down like most gamblers..you'll end up losing less than you planned on. Wiht my strategy for 3 days of gambling over the weekend..I evened out..or was up $20..I could've been down $300..so i'm quite happy.
It was a strategyg my friend taught me to keep yourself in check..basically never gamble your winnings, and you only have a set amount to lose and once it's gone...it's gone..don't reimburse it with your winnings. good luck!

aight, so as youve heard from everyone else, you cant get your money back, but you can get everything else for free. Food, hotel rooms, general luxuries that take away from your gambling money, complaints about a guest room, or even better, the service, will get you the world for a dollar, but you will have to spend that dollar.

you can complain to the moon and back, but you won't get your money back.

I suggest only taking cash you can lose, leaving your atm, credit cards at home with someone you trust. (who can be reached in case you have an emergency)

You're joking, right ? The house wins most of the time. That's how they stay in business. And no, you don't get your money back !

Wow, I think if you would ask this question you might be a few cards short. If you contact the NGB (nevada gaming buearu) they might be able to direct you to a bunch of rocks and tell you to kick them.......
