drinking it after it has been strained through a homeless person's unwashed underclothes will definitely get you messed up faster
(edit) after losing a friend to drunk driving, why would you want to get drunk? Just a thought...

The reason people say this is most people drink much faster out of a straw than out of say a bottle. It's just like a person using a beer bong is of course gonna get drunk faster than a person sipping out of a can.

me too, It's the only way I can drink beer. I heard if you drink anything that way, it gets to you quicker
