My wedding set is a low profile one so I never take them off unless I am applying lotion or certain cooking processes that I'm using my hands for. I would imagine if a lady was sporting a big 'ol rock that she is likely to scratch herself with during the night, she might take it off while sleeping.

Yes I wear them all the time. The only time I take them off is to touch raw meat.

I can't sleep if I have any kind of jewelry on so my ring, earrings and watch comes off as soon as I come home from work.

Always - The only time I remove it is when I do gardening as I don't like to wear gloves and when I mix hamburger.
