A black & white man both commit the same crime, under the same circumstances, with neither having priors. Will the "justice" meted out by the system be equal?

I dont think they are treated equally. Its going to depend on the judge and jury. Its going to be different every time.*

That's a loaded question- too many variables to say with certainty- what's the jury made up of?

It does, but my people generally have longer rap sheets, so they naturally get longer sentences.
