I have never heard of using 'pumpkin seeds' to kill any 'internal parasite' ... you should go to a doctor if you think you have 'internal parasites' or tell the person for whom you are asking this question to go to a doctor. We all have 'good internal parasites' but s/he/you may need 'medical intervention' ...

I think smashing them with a hammer works best.
Black Walnut and Thuja will kill internal parasites.

Jalapeno chilies and other exceedingly spicy foods do kill them if eaten in sufficient quantities. I am unsure about pumpkin seeds.

No use at all. Once the parasite has been identified it needs to be treated with the appropriate drug therapy.
