Try talking to your parents about the ordeal and how it is still effecting you and see what their suggestions are. One thing that can help is to buy a notebook and journal these dreams. Try writing reflections on how the dream made you feel and what is most vivid. Traumatic events won't just go away and sometimes it makes things worse when you try to make them disappear. The best advice I can give is use the support of family and friends.

Try going to:

http://dailystrength.org/support/Traumas_Injuries/Rape/?OVRAW=rape%2520support%2520group&OVKEY=rape%2520support%2520group&OVMTC=standard

It is an online support group it has stories of others who have been raped and how they are coping.
I hope this helps and keep up the strength!

The sad thing is it will probably never go away... the best you can do is talk to the people you love and love you and maybe see a therapist... just remember that it's nothing personal and it's in no way your fault... just keep this in mind and keep yourself protected... hope this helps

that is terrible and i hope whomever did this to you goes away for a long time.
your best bet is to pray about this matter and open the bible and read and all this evil that happened to you will diminish.
Good Luck and God Bless Ya!
