It depends on the game. If 5 cards are dealt your odds are 64,973 to 1.

yup, for a straight flush it is 1 in 65,000, and a royal flush is one in every 650,000 hands. Now that's not saying it doesn't happen more often then that, but over the long run it will hit 1 in 65,000.
