Cost of living will never go down, But if you can invest some money at a 10% return, your money will always be growing faster than the constant increase in the cost of living.

if you wanted the cost of living to come down everybody has to work together the people have the power they just don't know it the people can force the price down on anything by banding together and forcing the government to re think if everyone in the country stopped paying road tax what could they do if everyone stopped buying houses the price would tumble if everyone stopped buying say coffee what do you think would happen
i think if people decided to use the Internet to empower everyone to follow the same example and stop doing whatever or buying whatever the cost of living would have to come down

Cost of living pretty much only comes down when there is a recession and consumers don't buy as much. Prices fall.

No, cost of living is a never ending spiral upwards. The only change is the rate of it rising. It's all about the economics.

I always heard what goes up must come down, but have never seen it happen...ie. gas prices..cost of food, cost of living, cars, insurance taxes, everything goes up but the paycheck...

no way its going up all the time we are heading for a slump in house prices how on earth can people afford to live in houses with the mortgages I think we will have as lot of repossessions
