Have sex! What else. Well recently on the news I heard eating foods such as ice cream help in getting pregnant but these findings are being debated as true or not. Basically, have sex whenever you want without protection and have fun!

First of all, committ to a lifetime together with your bf and get married. If you aren't sure enough to get married, then don't make babies together.
Then make sure you are financially and emotionally prepared for a baby and that both of you have time and energy to devote to raising a baby.
Then have unprotected sex during your ovulation.

erm have sex. but i'm guessing you don't mean something that simple.
to get pregnant , apart from obv - having sex,no birth control ect
i would say have a healthy life style! start taking prenatal vitamins, most are made to be started while you are trying to concieve, healthy diet, And try not to stress over it or it will take longer.
good luck

Have unprotected sex while you're ovulating - this is usually around the middle of your menstrual cycle.
Good Luck!

Have unprotected sex... lots of it. If that doesn't work, see a specialist, they can help you.
