No, Sasuke does not love Sakura. He barely even likes her at first, because she is clingy and obsessed with him. When she cools off and backs off he likes her and respects her as a team-mate, but his only thought is on being an Avenger of the Uhicha clan. It's doubtful he will ever love her. Even as they grow older, he does not develop feelings for her

Its very hard to tell cause he's always talking about getting revenge and grow stronger. Its really hard to tell, but I do know that Sakura loves saskue.

no. if uve seen the epiosde when sasuke leaves after everything sakura says he still just goes with orochimaru. he doesnt love her. and the only reason why he ever saved her anytime was cuz shes his teammate and ur supposed to protect ur teamates with ur life as kakashi says in epiosde 4

No, he is only obsessed with revenge, maybe while he was part of team 7, he might have had a fondness for her and Naruto because of everything they went through, but he threw all of that away for power

I don't think so because he doesn't show any interest in her. He just saved her during the 2nd part of the chunin exams because you had to have all 3 squad members or you wouldn't pass. But that's just what I think...
