I've asked so many questions on here but I love to hear others views. Me and my ex of 7 years broke up and he moved 2000 miles away..Well, he moved before we broke up..I know there isn't another woman. I am pregnant with his child and we are very young...22 & 23. We had our wedding planned before the baby. Dr. said I would never be able to have kids..my ex wanted one and I ended up getting pregnant. We wasn't trying because of what the Dr. told me. He was very excited while I was kind of depressed because I wanted to be married and have my degree. Now, I wish he comes back and I know alot of people thinks that is stupid. We had a pretty good relationship, His father walked out on him as a baby. He tells me he misses me and loves me but picks stupid fights..Does distance really make the heart grow fonder?? I told him last night we shouldn't talk until we clear our heads..Has this every happened to anyone?

I am very sorry to hear about that. I have only half experianced this situation and i still am. I was almost pregnant. And my boyfriend and i were going to get married. But then his mom told him that i was going to have an avortion if i was pregnant and that i didnt love him anymore. Well for one i would never have an avortion, and i do love him with all my heart. And when she told him that he OD, and he got sent to rehap. And i dont know where he is right now. But he called me a couple days ago telling me that he loved me and that he still wanted to get married. I dont think that when the love of your life moves far away means that you get further away. And you shouldnt tell him that you need your space, because it'll just make you feel worse. And me and my boyfriend have been getting into fights about nothing too. It is just a guys way of telling you he misses you...i guess. He is just as depressed as you are. I hope that you and your guy make it happen. Because that is what i am hoping for with mine. Good luck and congratulations with the baby. I hope its a healthy one.

Yes in some ways it does. I had a friend that had a fiance and she was in texas and he was in new Orleans. Every time I turned around they were fighting. When they were together they were fine. You feel so fustrated that your not together and great when you are with each other. you can stand the test of time if you just know that if and when he moves back you will not have any reason to fight. You really should talk and work things out maybe once or twice a month you two can meet up.

distance does make the heart grow fonder.for me, i like this guy in the Philippines and i know that he likes me back but we live a Pacific Ocean and International time zone away from each other.i sometimes feel about forgetting him but my memories of him and i keep haunting me.your sitiuation is a little less painful (i cant really apply to the marriage thing cuz im still a minor) but i think a some distance between u two shud make the two of u start missing each other, which will turn into a less extreme version of longing , and soon u guys will love all over again.i'm sure u guys will get it back together all right and i wish u well.

this has never happened to me, but i think that you can tell him that (just tell him so he thinks you really would)you love him so much that you move closer to him just to be with him. who knows maybe he'll spill girlfriend beans(hopefully not) or maybe he'll love you right back an want to get together again!!

you have my hopes!!!!!!!

I think a little break would be a good thing.... If he's nitpicking you, it's counterproductive to the health of your relationship
