when their profile doesn't allow e-mails? is there a way?

if they don't accept e-mail, you CAN ask a question of them as a posted question, but that is considered 'chatting' and could possibly get you a violation. we on P&S are pretty lax about reporting such petty things, but just when i tell you this,some jerk will report you. a violation is not the end of the world, so if you think it's worth it...!!

it has a place in the email, at least it should. it is a link, says reply to message.

I seriously doubt it.
You might have to attract their attention some other way.
