how do i find an agent/publicist?

i am a local radio talk show host and would like to go further in my career. i need an agent or publicist to market my skills and need more media exposure. my goal is to go sydicated with my one hour, live, call-in talk show. help.

What market are you in?

The best thing to do is to talk to someone who is doing what you want to be doing in the business, and find out who their agent is. Usually agents cover a bunch of folks and they can also represent you.
