Gift cards are often not accepted for online transactions that usually accept the credit card alternative.

No rhythm or rhyme to it ... just depends on the specific online service .... totally arbitrary.

Go to paypal.com
Make a paypal account using that credit card
Then u can buy with it using paypal

U basically just sign that gift card up for paypal
