i dont think so, there are so many people born each minute it would take too much time effort and money to keep it updated

Yes, you can use a people search engine like Zaba (http://www.zabasearch.com/). Zaba is like Google except it only searches for names. Zaba collects data from public records (e.g. birth certificates, voter registration...etc.). Zaba is free but it will charge you for more information beyond a name and home address. It will search the entire United States and Puerto Rico. It frightens me sometimes how much data Zaba collects.

I doubt it but you can Google your name and see what comes up. I've done that, LOL.
