Well, depending on the car you can have any of the following:
fiberglass
carbon fiber
sheet metal, usually steel
aluminum
plastic
and glass
And that's just the body and frame!
Then you have everything else:
copper or aluminum wire
foam or rubber inside the bumpers
rubber tires
depending on the car, magnesium engine block
interior cloth (I include leather, vinyl, and fabric here)
Silicon for the microchips
Etc.

Many. Steel (hardened, case-hardened and mild), cast iron, rubber (natural and artificial), aluminium, brass, lead (in the battery), plexiglass, leather, vinyl, cotton, nylon (carpet), glass...and I'm sure I've missed plenty!
