I have three tanks,2, 3 & 4ft. My daughter has 2 hexagon shaped tanks! The local aquarium shop is always busy and there is always someone available here or on other web-sites happy to answer fish questions, whether it's specific advice or just what fish is there no 1.
I'd say the hobby is alive and well and if anything becoming more poipular than ever. I also think that people are more aware of what fish need so are keeping them in better conditions too.

I can say I do, but than again I am lurking in the fish section of yahoo answers as most of these people are. But as for the rest of the world, I am 100% positive their are people keeping fish. Some people dont because they dont have the time or knowledge too. That is why we must teach our children and friends how to take care of fish.

Why would you think that there are no more fishkeepers in the whole world? That's a pretty big extinction issue. Do you feel like you aren't getting your questions answered well enough? There are many knowledgeable people on here who have great advice. Of course, you may get many not-so-knowledgeable answers and you may not get answers you like, but good advice is here. Just ask your question.

I do. I have a 10 gallon tank, which started out with 5 Tiger Barbs and 1 pleco, but I ended up with three tiger barbs due to aggression. In fact, one of them died today. I will just add more to settle the aggression problem.

I have a 55 gal aquarium that I keep koi in. I had a pond at my last house but have yet to build one at our new home. When I do the koi will go outside and we'll stock sharks in the aquarium with some saltwater species.

I keep "A" fish... his name is Indigo and he is a beta! I used to have a fishtank but the filter broke and it killed all the fish & frogs! It was sad! Tanks that are tropical or are bowls are the best!!!

Clown loaches, red tail shark , silver shark, parrot fish, severums, loaches, knife fish, ugly Puffer , goramis, cray fish, guppys, goldfish, barbs, neons, tetras, etc

I cant remember them all there is that many of them. Unfortunatelly my other puffer fish has just died he was quite large actually. we have just set up a massive tank for him (6x3x4) I am sure we will find something else to put in it though.
