I have tried everything including several alarm clocks and even radio clocks.

Every morning I wake up to my alarm clock usually during a crucial part of an interesting dream - just as I'm about to make a discovery or something! However the temptations to stay in bed are there and often I count the 60 bleeps of the alarm (or less depending on how conscious I am) and then just snooze for 20 odd minutes.

Once up, I tend to feel very sluggish and often have to sit for several more minutes in a wishful state because I want to go back to bed! Getting up earlier doesn't work because I just reward myself with longer in the snooze-state.

Does anyone know of any good tips I could use to help me out?

Go to the toilet 6-8 hours before you wonna be awake. Think about the time you wonna get up and repeatdly say this in your mind over and over from about tea time. Works everytime for me....

Get a very loud clock ( like one with a bell ) and place it in your room where you HAVE to get up to stop the obnoxious noise, then force yourself into the bathroom for a face wash to get it started.

Sex the night before always helps me. Or just think about the time and the reason you need to awake. These work for me.
