Biology 100 and Chem 105?

Is the materials you learn in Biology 100 and Chemistry 105 the same?

Because in our school you have the choice to take Chemistry 105 OR Biology 100.

And both class use the same book.

i've taken both, and the material was very different.
chemistry looks at the breakdown and functions as well as formulas for all cells involved.
biology is just tables and graphs of cells
