If you are referring to US currency, there has never been a banknote issued greater than $100,000, and that was strictly for transactions between banks. Since 1934, the largest denomination has been $100.
What you are asking for does not exist.

Highest denomination of US currency ever issued was the $100,000 bill, issued only in 1934.

Bills greater in denominations greater than $100 were last printed in 1945 and discontinued from circulation in 1969. They remain legal tender but I believe that they are destroyed by the Federal Reserve if they should be deposited at a bank.

My recollection is that the reason that they stopped circulating large denomination bills was to make more difficult the anoymous transfer of large quantities of cash, as, for example, in the illegal drug trade.
