What do you think happened to Yank on "The Class Rides A Bull?" Does anyone agree that he either had a stroke or broke his arm?

It was a heart attack...I'm not copying the others answers but I know for a fact that when someone has a heart attack, they will first feel a sharp pain in their arm. We watched a video with an actor simulating a heart attack in science class. =].
