take a tape measure and measure around your rib cage just under your breasts. This will be the band size i.e. 34, 36, 38, etc. Then measure around your ribs at the largest part of your breasts. Subtract this number from the previous number. 1inch difference=a, 2=b, 3=c, so on and so forth.
