That depends on what you consider "The End". Depending on your habits (eating, exercise, rest), activities (skydiving, drag racing, smoking), your family history of disease (cancer, strokes, diabetes), and your surroundings (crime, smog, clean running water) you could live to be 10 or you could live to be 100. This would be "The End" for you.
If you're religious or believe in a higher power that controls our universe and existence, then it is not within our realm of understanding when that being chooses to 'end' our existence as humans. That being may bring everything to an absolute end, or just start off new and create something else, in which case the 'end' only applied to us.
If you believe what scientists are studying, experimenting and trying to predict, then it's possible that our universe will continually expand until it runs out of energy, then begin to contract until all matter compresses into a small point with infinite mass (opposite of the big bang). This would take millions of years, but as some scientists have suggested, this tiny point of all the matter in the universe will again explode (big bang) and begin existence again.
My personal opinion is that all the matter in the universe cannot disappear, even if it is compressed in an infinitely small point, it still exists and must go somewhere. To begin another universe with beings similar to ourselves? Maybe, but unlikely to turn into "nothing". Even if a supreme being decides to end it all, that supreme being must still remain somehow. Where? Who knows, but somewhere to be sure. So there will proabably never really be a true end, only cycles as to what exists and what does not exist at this very moment.
Not sure if this helps but good luck!

There is no end. A supposed end contains within in it the seeds of a beginning. Thus, no end, just infinity. You probably already know this, you cute little alien......
