To delete those files, open Internet Explorer. Go to the Tools menu, and then click on Internet Options. Click Delete Files. If you have Internet Explorer 6 or higher, you will see a Delete Cookies button. If you do, click it. If you don't, click on Settings, then View Files. Delete all of the remaining files. Close the window, then click OK in both windows, which is where you clicked View Files and Delete Files/Cookies. By doing this, you have cleared your Temporary Internet Files and cookies/cache. Even if you have the Delete Cookies button, you can still click on Settings and View Files, just to view your files. The Temporary Internet Files folder holds both the cookies and Temporary Internet Files.

Go to start, Then Search. In the search engine, type in ".tmp",Not with the ", then click all files and folders. From there press search. This will find all Temp files in the computer (Not just internet!). Very useful for cleanups. Dont worry, if its temp, then it wont kill anything important because overtime it was originally supost to go away anyways right?
