Get out of the house. Hang out with friends (not drinking) as often as you can. Let the people you still have remind you of how important you are in their lives.
Then you can move on, satisfied that you are worth someone new.

Nope. Can't tell you. Because it's up to you. You get up, get dressed, go to work, come home, pay the bills, clean the house. After a while... join a gym, go shopping, spend time with family, etc. You get into your new routine.
But you may have to work through issues about why you stayed in that relationship, and your role in why it ended, his role in it, learning that you deserve to be in a relationship where you are respected for being you... after you find you again.
How long does that take? Depends. Drugs and alcohol will only make it take longer. Make a resolution to become a better, healthier (physically and mentally) person, and work toward that goal, and that way... when you recover you'll deserve a better man next time and won't settle for somebody who doesn't respect you as much as you have learned to respect yourself.
Don't go rebounding to fix it. If you're this sad, there's a reason for it: you're supposed to learn something.

that really depends on you and whether do you want to keep feelings miserable or do you want to look at the future. Make friends, reconnect with old friends and family, pick up a hobby, read there are so many things you can do.. you can't let one failed relationship rule your life what ever has happenned its done no point moaning over failed relationships . it does hurt but you have to look beyond the hurt and look to your future ..i hope you find a way to cope with misery
