i think the whole thing is ridiculous...her mother has NO RIGHTS to her body. i think that she should be buried right next to her son. obviously that is where she would want to be. if she wanted to be buried in texas she would have buried her son there...and the thought of her mother DIGGING UP her son and moving him to texas as well sickens me...let her REST next to her boy.

Vergie will take this matter all the way till she hits a brick wall. She is a mother fighting for her child! BUT ... she already lost Vickie Lynn a long time ago when Vickie became Anna Nicole Smith, who made her own choices in life. ANS was not drugged up ALL the time, yet she didn't choose to keep family ties.
Her closest and most durable friend WAS Howard, but I believe she loved Larry Birkhead and that he was the father of her baby. By the number of men who claim to have had sex with her, she must have given herself to every male in her life, the poor deluded creature. She may have led a tiny existence, but are a lot of facets to it and twists and turns that hold our interest.

She will take it to the supreme court in Florida, but she won't win. Anna had a will, and it was clear that she purchased those plots in the Bahamas for a reason. Vergie the piggy will keep trying, because she's driven by greed, anger, and resentment, because Anna rejected her. Anna's mother should be ashamed for not letting Anna be buried in peace already. She's not going to win, and she has to know this.

i think her mother is one greedy witch who will do anything to get the money!!! why would Anna buy 4 burial plots (her son has one now) if she didn't want to be buried there?? this mother is soooo evil!!! the supreme court should throw her out and let Anna rest in peace! i have never seen such a phony mess, right from the judge right up to now.guess no one respects the dead, what a sorry world we live in.

I don't know why no one hasn't brought up the issue that Smith and Stern fled to the Bahamas to avoid Birkhead having any contact with his baby. Stern and Smith have not even been proven to be LEGAL residents of the Bahamas yet. According to G. Ben Thompson's attorney who owns the house Stern is in, they aren't.
So Stern may get deported. What is he going to do? He admitted his parents are supporting him and he doesn't have a job.
The citizenship and paternity issues should have been settled first. They have everything to do with the burial of Smith.

I think she should just leave it alone. Anna Nicole should be beside her son...period. I think it's extremely selfish of her mother to want anything other than that for her daughter.

Give it up already. ANS bought a burial plot next to her son. DUH!!! Get a clue so called Mom. She wants to be there. Let it go. They were estranged for 15 years and now she thinks she has the right to determine where she should be buried. What kind of Mother is she? That ANS's only son and he is lying alone in the Bahamas.
