I really need help in this one class, at my college school, it's a computer class and it's really hard for me. I did 12 credits for insuice , and I need better study habit's , sometimes I get bored and daydream , cause this class is really boring, any advice about this class, and better study habits, I really get side track with this. And if I ask for the teachers help, will that make me look stupid, I'm failing behing , cause I have ADD.

hi, if you have add, get some focus factor or omega3 complex its really good to help you focus. Schedule time in your day for just studying and be in a well lit area with no tv or radio or phone. Maybe like 2 hrs or pure concentration. They say if you study to long it actually hurts your memory. Pretend your paying yourself to study, and give yourself rewards; small ones of course and if you get an A+ on the final promise to treat yourself well to something. Spend less time with friends and put yourself first. Are you studying to become a botanist?

if you have ADD get some medicine. that'll help you focus alot better. and if you have done that then have something that you can do while still listen. like taking notes. you can slack off or daydream for a little bit but get back to what you were writing and asking questions is not gonna make you look stupid. if you keep writing it'll keep your attention.

First of all, put 100% attention to your class, and ask if your having doubts of anything, then at home, repass the class, and if you get a chance teach others, that helps you to get it faster because when you teach your practicing, I did taht when I was a student and I was one of the best students in school
oh and for the sleeping problem, take a bottle of cold water, that will keep u awake (of course you have to drink it !!!)

A florist does not require schooling. Just go start working at Kroger's florist department or something.

When I was in college, I always did my homework/projects/papers right away when I got home from class. I stayed more focused that way and had plenty of time to party after it was done! Got me out of college in 4 yrs. with a lot of partying!

get help from medical practitioner,there are some advance medication to control your disorder.it has nothing to do with the study habits,people with ADD lack attention,memory and focus.seek professional help..
