What do you think about a foodservice worker who does not wash her hands?

What do you think about a foodservice worker who does not wash her hands?

I think she's hydrophobic. She puts on gloves even to put away CLEAN dishes, because they're still wet. She may occasionally rub on some hand sanitizer, that's about it.

she never washes her hands?? does she wear gloves in the bathroom? that is sick. if she really doesn't wash her hands, it should be reported to the boss.
